As of October, 2019, The New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights has redesigned the New Hampshire Employment Discrimination Poster, which is included as a part of the New Hampshire Labor Law Poster. This section of the poster includes the new protected category of gender identity under New Hampshire Law Against Discrimination and updated instructions on how to respond to unlawful discrimination.
Individuals can visit the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights website to obtain more information on how to file a claim if they’ve been subjected to unlawful discrimination on the basis of age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, race, color, physical or mental disability, pregnancy or national origin.
New Hampshire Employers are required to display the new poster in a place where all employees are able to see it. Failure to meet compliance and display the updated poster could result in fines. Order the updated New Hampshire Labor Law Poster to immediately include the new mandatory update.
