Nevada Minimum Wage + Daily Overtime

The state of Nevada has issued new labor law posters for their Annual Minimum Wage poster and their Annual Daily Overtime poster. All Nevada employers are required to post this new notice to employees by law or face fines.

While there hasn’t been a change to the minimum wage, the new poster has been updated to show the 2019 bulletin date and provides the name of the new director, Michael J. Brown. Small changes, but still necessary to show your employees that you’re current, and stay compliant with the law.
