Recently, the New York Division of Human Rights extended the statute of limitations for New Yorkers who experience illegal discrimination. A revised Human Rights poster is expected soon.

All businesses within the State of New York will be required to display the new Human Rights poster once it has been published. This update is expected soon and will be reflected in our New York & Federal Labor Law Poster once published.
All businesses within the State of New York must display the new “Veteran Benefits and Services” poster along with other state-mandated posting requirements where they are sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees. This change has been reflected in our New York & Federal Labor Law Poster and requires an immediate mandatory update. Failure to meet compliance requirements and display the updated poster could result in fines.
