Arizona Mandatory Update: Minimum Wage

The state of Arizona has announced a mandatory minimum wage update that affects labor law posting requirements for all companies.

Effective January 1, 2019 the new minimum wage is set at $11/hour. This is an increase from the $10.50/hour minimum wage that went into effect on January 1, 2018.

Notice Date: November 13, 2018

Since all businesses with employees are impacted by this update, it’s important to take immediate action. In addition to paying the new minimum wage, you’re required to display an updated labor law poster.
