Wyoming Labor Compliance Posters Updated for 2018

Wyoming has recently updated several of their 2018 labor compliance postings.  Most notable is the update to the penalties associated with complaints issued against workplace health and safety.

Updates to the health and safety penalties are now $12,675 for each serious violation with optional penalties of up to $12,675 for non-serious violations.  In addition, penalties of up to $12,675 per day may be assessed if an employer fails to correct a violation beyond the period set with a maximum penalty assessment of $126,749.

Minor changes also appeared in the Unemployment notice plus two additional posters were added concerning New Employee Rights as well as a general note to all Employees and Applicants.

All of the changes carry mandatory posting updates.
