South Carolina Human Trafficking Poster

While there is no federal requirement for businesses to display a poster or notice, several states have made requirements for certain businesses to display a poster or notice in a conspicuous place. Examples of businesses required to display a poster or notice are hotels, strip clubs or other sexually oriented businesses, private clubs that serve liquor, airports, train stations, bus stations, and privately owned facilities that provide overnight parking, food, fuel, and shower or sanitary facilities (truck stops).
