The minimum wage notice applies to all employees of hospitality and transportation industry businesses. The increase reflects a 8.66% increase based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for urban wage earners and clerical workers for the 12 months prior to September 1. The new minimum wage rate is $19.06 per hour and will go into effect January 1, 2023.
