New Jersey State Mandatory Updates

  • 01/2022 - New Jersey Minimum Wage - Revised with new minimum wage column for Long-Term Care Facility Direct Care Staff Members, removal of old rates, and a new minimum wage of $11.05 for Agricultural Employers. Also added new notes for the different minimum wage rates.
  • 10/2021 - Family Medical Leave Act - Added word “generally” to description: “generally entitles certain employees to take up to 12 weeks of family leave . ” Added information regarding care for a family member or someone with COVID-19. Added information regarding child state of emergency if school or place of care is closed due to an epidemic (i.e. COVID-19). Deleted phone numbers and addresses of offices -- but added new main contact phone number. Added QR code and new logo for NJ Division on Civil Rights. *2022 Poster is shipping now.
  • 05/2020 - Worker Misclassification Notice - Completely new poster required for the state of New Jersey.

  • 05/2012 -  - NLRB issued a final notice on August 25, 2011, mandating most employers to post the NLRA poster. The enforcement and posting date of the poster has been postponed. Posting date will be announced as soon as it has been published.
