Kentucky Child Labor Law Poster Update

Kentucky updated its Child Labor Law Poster to reflect new laws regarding working restrictions for minors aged 16 & 17, including the number of hours permitted to work and when parent or legal guardian written permission is required. A new phone and fax number is also provided.

This is a mandatory update and all employers are required to post this new poster by 06/01/2018. This poster is part of the Kentucky State & Federal Labor Law poster. Businesses are subject to fines if labor law posters are not up to date.
