All businesses within the District of Columbia must post the “Notice to Employees: Information on Paid Family Leave”, and “Protecting Pregnant Workers Fairness Act” posters along with other state and federally mandated posting requirements where they are sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees. These changes will be reflected in our 2025 District of Columbia Labor Law Poster and require an immediate mandatory update.
