The state of California announced an important and mandatory update regarding discrimination that affects labor law posting requirements for all businesses in California.

The California Discrimination poster has been updated to include adjust a few words for clarification and added a new revision date.

California Unemployment Insurance Update

The state of California announced an important and mandatory update regarding unemployment insurance that affects labor law posting requirements for all businesses in California.

The California Unemployment poster has been updated. There’s been changes to clarify who is able to receive unemployment insurance benefits, disability insurance benefits and paid family leave. It’s also been updated with new instructions on how to file a claim.

The state of California announced an important and mandatory update regarding EDD that affects labor law posting requirements for all businesses in California.

The California EDD Notice to Employees poster has been updated to include a revision that simplifies the language on how to file an unemployment claim as well as who qualifies for unemployment insurance benefits.

California Transgender Rights in the Workplace

The state of California announced an important and mandatory update regarding transgender rights in the workplace that affects labor law posting requirements for all businesses in California.

The California Transgender Rights in the Workplace poster has been updated to include revised language on employer’s obligations when it comes to providing adequate restroom, shower, and locker room facilities for transgender individuals. Employers must provide an easily accessible unisex single-stall restroom for use by any employee.
