Texas Notification of the Ombudsman Program Update

The state of Texas announced an important and mandatory update regarding the Ombudsman Program in August of 2018 that affects labor law posting requirements for all businesses in Texas. Businesses are required by law to post this update regarding the Office of Injured Employee Counsel’s (OIEC) Ombudsman Program.

The Texas Notification of the Ombudsman poster has been updated to include the removal of notification information and to add their new logo. The agency’s contact information has also been updated.
