  • 07/2020 - Connecticut Minimum Wage - Added new minimum wages for 2022/2023 as well as information about exemptions in the minimum wage law and a new director.
  • 11/2019 - Connecticut Minimum Wage - Updating with new 2020 minimum wage rate of $11.00 per hour.
  • 11/2019 - Sexual Harassment - Revised with further information on how to file a complaint and adds “Emotional Distress Damages” to the list of Remedies for Sexual Harassment.
  • 09/2017 - Pregnancy Discrimination - New poster requirement for the state of Connecticut.

  • 07/2016 -  - Update includes new regulation revisions as of August 2016 which includes the removal of penalty amount up to $10,000 against violators and revised contact numbers.
  • 05/2015 - Wyoming OSHA - Health and Safety Protection - Updated to reflect an employees right to report work-related injuries and illnesses free from retaliation.
  • 01/2013 -  - Amendment expands the military family leave provisions and incorporates a special eligibility provision for airline flight crew employees, as well as making some additional regulatory changes.

Federal State Non-Mandatory Updates

  • 05/2016 -  - Minor update includes a new QR code and contact information.
  • 05/2016 -  - Update includes minor reformatting and slight changes of verbiage regarding the usage of FMLA.
  • 05/2012 -  - NLRB issued a final notice on August 25, 2011, mandating most employers to post the NLRA poster. The enforcement and posting date of the poster has been postponed. Posting date will be announced as soon as it has been published.
