The Texas Concealed Handgun Notice addresses the very important topic of carrying handguns into an establishment. If you do not allow individuals and/or employees to carry a concealed handgun into your establishment, then purchasing and posting this notice is a requirement. Through this notice you will be making it very clear that no concealed handguns are allowed on the premises, and this is a legally binding request.
Take the appropriate measures to prevent individuals and/or employees from entering your premises with a concealed weapon. The posting of this notice will make it clear that carrying a concealed weapon is not allowed.
Our poster adheres to all requirements to make it legally valid. Having a notice posted is the best way to have a continual method of communicating important information to individuals and in this case, in order for it to be enforced, a notice must be posted.
