The Montgomery County Labor Law Poster details the minimum wage of $12.25/hr for large employers with 51 or more employees until 6/30/2019 then a minimum wage of $13.00/hr effective 7/1/2019. Mid-sized employers with 11 to 50 employees details the minimum wage of $12.00/hr until 6/30/2019 and $12.50/hr effective 7/1/2019. For small employers with 10 or less employees details the minimum wage of $12.00/hr until 6/30/2019 and $12.50/hr effective 7/1/2019. The poster goes into detail regarding the minimum wage in regard to age, tipped employees, and amusement and recreational establishments. In addition, the overtime amount of 1.5 the usual hourly rate is stipulated with a list of exceptions to that law.
