  • 07/2013 - Workers' Compensation - Workers' Compensation Bill of Rights – Update to Workers' Compensation "Bill of Rights" panel, changes were made in the financial compensation rate and omission of 800 telephone number.
  • 07/2015 - Workers' Compensation Bill of Rights - Updated with new dollar amounts for compensation and additional telephone number.

Georgia State Non Mandatory Updates

  • 04/2013 - Unemployment Insurance  - Unemployment Insurance – Update includes the addition of the State of Georgia Seal, minor text adjustments, and the removal of some office locations where claims may be filed.

Federal State Mandatory Updates

  • 02/2013 - Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) - Amendment expands the military family leave provisions and incorporates a special eligibility provision for airline flight crew employees, as well as making some additional regulatory changes.
  • Georgia Unemployment Insurance Act (Georgia Code 34-8-190) All employees must be provided with information regarding their rights, obligations and benefits under the Georgia Unemployment Insurance Act. This includes total or partial unemployment benefit protection should they become unemployed through no fault of their own.
