Labor Law Update The Wisconsin Labor Law Poster is now updated with a new employment insurance policy.
What Changed New contact information, hours where applications are accepted, and revision date.

Updated Poster Wisconsin Labor Law Poster

As of September 2019, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development has issued an update applicable to all individuals eligible for unemployment insurance. The new posting includes a revised web address and hours of operation for all individuals applying for the Unemployment Insurance program. 

This change has been reflected in our Wisconsin & Federal Labor Law Poster and does require an immediate mandatory update. Wisconsin employers are required to display the new poster where it is sufficiently accessible to all employees. Failure to meet compliance and display the updated poster could result in fines.
