2024 2nd Half State Labor Law Updates

In the second half of 2024, twenty-two states have enacted revisions to their state and/or county labor laws, impacting businesses and their employees. Staying up to date with everchanging labor laws is an arduous task but crucial for compliance with state labor law posting requirements and employee rights.
