The Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents published a revised Workers’ Compensation Notice to Employees, which requires employers to provide specified information and post in a visible location.
Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Update
- On or before September 16, 2024 all employers must utilize and post the revised Notice to Employees poster.
- Employers are required to fill out the Notice to Employees.
- The poster must be updated, reposted, and redistributed whenever any of the information changes.
Massachusetts Labor Law Poster Update
All businesses within the state of Massachusetts must display the new “Notice to Employees” poster along with other state-mandated posting requirements where they are sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees. This change has been reflected in our Massachusetts & Federal Labor Law Poster and requires an immediate mandatory update. Failure to meet compliance requirements and display the updated poster could result in fines.
