In February 2020, the Kentucky Labor Cabinet published new Safety and Health on the Job, Wage and Hour Laws, Wage Discrimination Because of Sex, and Child Labor Law notices.
Kentucky Labor Law Update
- New OSHA standards included in the Safety and Health on the Job notice.
- All notices have revised contact information for the Kentucky Labor Cabinet.
- All notices have a new logo.
Kentucky Labor Law Poster Update
All businesses within the State of Kentucky must display all four revised notices along with other state-mandated posting requirements where it is sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees. This change has been reflected in our Kentucky & Federal Labor Law Poster and does require an immediate mandatory update. Failure to meet compliance requirements and display the updated poster could result in fines.
