Indiana Child Labor Law Poster Mandatory Update

Indiana released a new update to their Child Labor Law poster regarding teen work hour
restrictions. The update includes the changes to the hour restrictions for 14 and 15-year-olds,
who may now work until 10:00pm on nights not followed by a school day. There are also a few
changes for 16 & 17-year-olds regarding the work hours and parental permission.

This poster update is mandatory for businesses in Indiana that employ minors and must be
posted visibly in the workplace.
