Alaska Mandatory Update: Minimum Wage

The state of Alaska has announced a mandatory update regarding minimum wage that affects labor law posting requirements for all companies.

Effective January 1, 2019, the new minimum wage for all workers is $9.89/hour.

In addition to this change, the state also revised its labor law poster to include a new Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development email address.
