All California businesses with 25 or more employees are now required to post a COVID-19 Supplement Paid Sick Leave notice. The notice informs employees of new expanded paid sick leave relating to COVID-19. It is a stand alone bilingual poster that should be posted where employees frequent most and should be posted with a California and Federal Labor Law poster. The COVID-19 poster is bilingual, 11” x 17” in size, and laminated.
