Poster Specifications:
Effective 4/17/20, the City of San Francisco passed an Emergency Health Protection Leave Act impacting businesses with 500 or more employees worldwide. These employers must provide up to 80 hours of paid Public Health Emergency Leave to every employee working in San Francisco who are directly impacted, and need additional leave, due to Covid-19.
This law bridges the gap of the federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and ensures that every employee has adequate paid sick leave relative to needs caused by the pandemic. These posters are required to help ensure that employees and customers are safe as they return to work during the pandemic.
