  • 08/2022 - Discrimination in Employment - Revised the time to file complaints from within 6 months to within 300 days but also states that for incidents occuring on or before August 9, 2022, a 6 month filing deadline still applies. Also has a new revision date of 8/2022.
  • 07/2022 - Notice to Employer of Injury Poster - Revised with more clarification on workers' compensation rights, employer requirements, policy requirements, and how to report injuries and file claims.
