  • 06/2023 - Workplace Public Health Rights Poster - Revised to add 'marital status' as a protected class from discrimination in employment and updated the revision date.
  • 12/2022 - FAMLI Program - New posting requirement in the state of Colorado.
  • 12/2022 - Colorado Minimum Wage - Revised with new minimum wage of $13.65/hr & tipped wage of $10.63 effective January 1, 2023. Updated rates under exemptions from COMPS.
  • 08/2022 - Discrimination in Employment - Revised the time to file complaints from within 6 months to within 300 days but also states that for incidents occuring on or before August 9, 2022, a 6 month filing deadline still applies. Also has a new revision date of 8/2022.
  • 07/2022 - Notice to Employer of Injury Poster - Revised with more clarification on workers' compensation rights, employer requirements, policy requirements, and how to report injuries and file claims. This new version of the poster replaces the older WC49 and WC50 poster requirements and essentially put them together on one poster which is now this new WC50 poster. These changes are effective August 10, 2022.
