Performance Improvement Plan

Putting together a step-by-step action plan is often the first strategy to improve an employee's performance. Employee performance is an on-going maintenance that needs to be re-visited from time to time. Using The Performance Improvement Plan form allows for an employer and employee to discuss about an employee's performance, devise a strategy for improvement, and document that such a discussion took place.
