The Minimum Wage Poster is a mandatory labor law poster provided by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. Businesses who fail to comply with posting requirements for this poster may be subject to fines or sanctions.
This poster provides the minimum wage for employees including tipped employees. It also describes the right of employees to be free from retaliation for exercising their right to receive the minimum wage.
