In June 2020, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development published an updated Cessation of Health Care Benefit notice.

Wisconsin Labor Law Poster Update
All businesses within the State of Wisconsin must display the Cessation of Health Care poster along with other state-mandated posting requirements where it is sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees.
