Oregon Minimum Wage Poster Updates

LaborLawCenter™The state of Oregon released mandatory poster updates to the Minimum Wage Poster and the Notice to Agricultural Workers. All businesses in the state of Oregon must display these updated posters or face fines.
Minimum Wage Poster
The Minimum Wage Poster is revised to include the new minimum wages effective July 1st, 2019 to June 30th, 2020 for workers in Oregon. The new minimum wage rates are:
- Standard: $11.25 per hour
- Portland Metro: $12.50 per hour
- Nonurban counties: $11.00 per hour
Oregon Minimum Wage Law for Agricultural Employees
The notice has been revised to include the new commissioner’s name (Val Hoyle) and highlight the new minimum wages effective July 1st, 2019 for agricultural employees living in Oregon. The new minimum wage rates are:
- Standard: $11.25 per hour
- Portland Metro: $12.50 per hour
- Nonurban counties: $11.00 per hour
These posters must be displayed in a conspicuous place for all employees to access.
