The state of New Jersey has announced a mandatory update regarding minimum wage that affects labor law posting requirements for all businesses.
The most notable change is the updated 2019 minimum wage, which is set at $8.85/hour. As it applies to all companies and industries, it’s critical to display the updated poster for all employees and candidates to see.
