New Jersey Mandatory Update: Minimum Wage

The state of New Jersey has announced a mandatory update regarding minimum wage that affects labor law posting requirements for all businesses.

The most notable change is the updated 2019 minimum wage, which is set at $8.85/hour. As it applies to all companies and industries, it’s critical to display the updated poster for all employees and candidates to see.
Furthermore, the state has also updated the poster to reflect new contact information for the New Jersey Department of Labor.
