Nevada Labor Law Posters Update
All businesses within the State of Nevada must display the new “Rules to be Observed by Employers”, “Workers’ Compensation”, and “Job Training and Employment Program” posters along with other state-mandated posting requirements where they are sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees. These changes will be reflected in our 2025 Nevada Labor Law Poster. Failure to meet compliance requirements and display the updated posters could result in fines.
