Illinois Labor Law Poster Update
All businesses within the State of Illinois must adhere to the “Pay Transparency in Job Openings” mandate and display the new “Minimum Wage” poster along with other state-mandated posting requirements where they are sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees.
