• Update to Hawaii employment discrimination law prohibits employers from discriminating against applicants or employees because of their reproductive health decisions.
• Revised mandated poster includes the name of the new director of the Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.

Hawaii Labor Law Poster Update

All businesses within the State of Hawaii must display the new Notice to Employees: Laws Prohibiting Employment Discrimination and Notice to Employees: Unemployment Insurance Law along with other state-mandated posting requirements where it is sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees.
