Hawaii Labor Law Poster Update
All businesses within the State of Hawaii must display the new Notice to Employees: Laws Prohibiting Employment Discrimination and Notice to Employees: Unemployment Insurance Law along with other state-mandated posting requirements where it is sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees.
