Georgia Unemployment Compensation Update

The state of Georgia announced an important and mandatory update regarding unemployment compensation that affects labor law posting requirements for all businesses in Georgia.

The Georgia Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated. Updates include the addition of an unemployment insurance website so employees can get more information before filing an unemployment insurance claim. The poster also includes an updated list of career centers and a new revision date.
