Each e-Compliance membership is insured up to $25,000. If a location properly displays the latest poster from LaborLawCenter and receives a government posting fine, we will reimburse your company up to $25,000.
In order to redeem reimbursement you must submit a request for reimbursement and show documentation of the paid fine within 10 business days of paying the fine.
Your membership will automatically renew 1-Year from the date of purchase to guarantee compliance. Plans are based on the number of plans previously purchased. Renewal notifications are emailed one month in advance with the option to cancel. If we do not receive a response to cancel, you will be automatically renewed for service using the initial payment method. Account information such as payment method, account information, addresses, and more changed at any time on your account page. If your original payment method was PO/Bill Me, your plan will not renew until you authorize the renewal on your account page.
