Delaware No Smoking Poster

Under the Delaware Clean Indoor Air Act, employers and facility operators are legally required to post "No Smoking" signs at every workplace entrance and in other highly visible locations. These signs must clearly state that smoking and vaping are prohibited to ensure compliance with 16 Del. C. § 2903.
