Why Post in Spanish?
Spanish-language posting requirements vary by federal law, state, and workplace. The U.S. Department of Labor generally does not require most federal notices to be posted in Spanish, but certain federal notices have language requirements, and state laws may require Spanish postings in specific circumstances.
