California CALOSHA – Health and Safety Protection Poster

The Safety and Health Protection on the Job Poster is a mandatory labor law poster by the Department of Industrial Relations. Businesses who fail to comply with posting requirements for this poster may be subject to fines or sanctions. This poster describes employer responsibility to provide safe and healthful workplaces, the rights of employees to file complaints of unsafe or unhealthful conditions without punishment, the accountability of employees to notify the employer of known hazards, and information for workplaces with hazardous substances. It also provides information for on-site inspections and investigations as well as potential violations, citations and penalties for offenders.
