It gives new, detailed instructions to both employers and employees on what do if there is an injury at work. The poster also provides updated phone numbers and posting requirements.
This is a mandatory update and all employers are required to post this new poster by 06/01/2018. This poster is part of the Tennessee State & Federal Labor Law poster. Businesses are subject to fines if labor law posters are not up to date.
