Missouri Labor Law Poster Update – Employment Insurance Benefits

Missouri updated its Employment Insurance Notice Poster to provide detailed instructions for employees on when they’re eligible for unemployment insurance and how to apply. It also educates employees on proper worker classifications and has an updated website, email and fax number. This is a mandatory update and all employers are required to post this new poster by 06/01/2018. This poster is part of the Missouri State & Federal Labor Law poster. Businesses are subject to fines if labor law posters are not up to date.
