The DC Paid Family Leave poster informs employees about their rights under the District of Columbia Paid Family Leave program, including eligibility, available benefits, and how to apply for leave. Employers covered by the law must display this poster in a conspicuous place where employees can easily see it.

 

The poster is issued by the DC Department of Employment Services (DOES) and is periodically updated to reflect program changes and clarifications.
