Virgin Islands Minimum Wage Update

There’s a new mandatory update to the U.S. Virgin Islands Minimum Wage poster that reflects the increase in minimum wage from $9.50 per hour to $10.50 per hour. 

This is a mandatory change and all employers are required to post this new poster or may be subject to fines. This has been the latest update to minimum wages in the Virgin Islands since it was raised from $8.35 an hour to $9.50 an hour back in 2017.
