Oregon No Smoking or Vaping Notice
The Oregon No Smoking Notice has been updated to include not only smoking but vaping as well. The new mandatory poster describes how smoking, aerosolizing, or vaporizing of inhalants will not be allowed within 10 feet of building entrances, exits, windows, accessibility ramps, and air intake vents.

Posting Requirements, Notice and Documentation
It is mandatory that all employers in the state of Oregon display this poster. The poster must be made available to all employees and to ensure that, the notice must be displayed in a conspicuous location.
