Nevada Minimum Wage Updates

The state of Nevada announced a couple of changes recently related to minimum wages that affect labor law posting requirements for businesses.

Minimum Wage and Daily Overtime Bulletins have been updated to reflect the minimum wage and overtime rates, which remain unchanged from 2017. Although unchanged, employers must update their labor law posters to reflect that these wages are still current for 2018 as mandated by state labor laws.
