NOTE: This update is only Mandatory for businesses that employ minors.
  • 05/2017 - Child Labor Law - Updated with new prohibited occupations for 14 and 15 year-old children and a revised child actor definition.
  • 01/2016 - Workers Compensation - Update to Workers Comp Notice #9, changes include different telephone number  & new dept name.
