LaborLawCenter’s employees are the engine that keeps it going. We take pride in our team of labor compliance rockstars. They are not only amazing at work, but also phenomenal at having fun and enjoying each other’s company. Nothing helps to deal with complex and multi-faceted challenges of labor law compliance like a well-timed office party. Year in and year out, we get together to celebrate the holidays with epic catered feasts and over-the-top performances from our talented team members. We honor the Christmas tradition by eating to our hearts’ content (no surprise there), showering each other with gifts from our Secret Santa, and competing over whose sweater is the ugliest. Not an easy feat - the ugliness bar is set pretty high! Halloween is another special holiday that is very dear to us at the LaborLawCenter. We keep track of rules and regulations for a living - how can we resist the one day of mischief, rule-breaking, and unlimited candy? Not a chance! Finally, there’s our secret celebration - Hat Day. Community Outreach

At LaborLawCenter, we believe that in order to do well in business, we must also do 'good' in the communities where we live, work, and serve. In March 2012, we donated a grant to Oxford Academy, ranked #4 best high school in the nation (U.S. News and World Report) to send their students on college visits. In June, our staff devoted their Saturday morning serving the 200 residents and staff at the OC Rescue Mission. We are also currently promoting a campaign to award another grant to a local nonprofit, and we are letting the community choose!
