City of Saint Paul Sick and Safe Time Notice

It is a requirement that companies located in the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota post the City of Saint Paul Sick and Safe Time Notice.

The City of Saint Paul Sick and Safe Time Notice details information regarding legal stipulations surrounding sick time and safe time.  The poster explains how sick time can be used for an employee’s or family member’s mental or physical illness, including preventative medical care. The poster describes that safe time can be used for reasons related to domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, school closures due to inclement weather or other public safety issues, for an employee or employee’s family member. The poster goes on to explain earned sick and safe time rates and usage.

The City of Saint Paul Sick and Safe Time Notice must be placed in a visible location so all employees have access to this important information. Failure to do this may result in legal fines and/or citations.
