  • 09/2020 - Rhode Island Minimum Wage - Revised with new $11.50 per hour minimum wage effective October 1, 2020.
  • 12/2018 - Rhode Island Minimum Wage - Revised to add new 2019 minimum wage of $10.50 per hour as well as several other minor clerical changes.
  • 11/2017 - Rhode Island Minimum Wage - Updated to reflect new 2018 minimum wage rate of $10.10 effective January 1, 2018.

  • 10/2020 - Family/Medical Leave - Revised to clarify existing language as well as an updated revision date.
  • 10/2020 - Right to Know - Revised with a new phone number as well as minor rewording.

  • 07/2016 - Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) - Federal Minimum Wage - Update includes new regulation revisions as of August 2016 which includes text regarding nursing mothers and overtime rules.
  • 07/2016 - Employee Polygraph Notice - Update includes new regulation revisions as of August 2016 which includes the removal of penalty amount up to $10,000 against violators and revised contact numbers.
  • 05/2015 - Wyoming OSHA - Health and Safety Protection - Updated to reflect an employees right to report work-related injuries and illnesses free from retaliation.
  • 01/2013 -  - Amendment expands the military family leave provisions and incorporates a special eligibility provision for airline flight crew employees, as well as making some additional regulatory changes.

  • 05/2016 - Employee Polygraph Notice - Minor update includes a new QR code and contact information.
  • 05/2016 -  - Update includes minor reformatting and slight changes of verbiage regarding the usage of FMLA.
  • 05/2012 -  - NLRB issued a final notice on August 25, 2011, mandating most employers to post the NLRA poster. The enforcement and posting date of the poster has been postponed. Posting date will be announced as soon as it has been published.
  • 03/2012 - Employee Polygraph Notice - New TTY number listed and QR phone reader added.
  • 02/2012 - Wyoming OSHA - Health and Safety Protection - Minor content change includes addition of QR code.
