Restaurants especially must comply with the required California postings and must post the proper Prop 65 notices in their restaurants if they carry certain products and/or liquid that fit under the criteria that mandates the warning to be posted. The notice must be posted in an area to warn employees and customers in a conspicuous manner and under such conditions as to make it likely to be read, seen, or heard and understood by an ordinary individual in the course of normal daily activity.

Our signs are compliant and meet all the required regulations as set forth in §12601 section that defines warning designs for California Title 22. Please select the Prop 65 notice you are wanting to purchase in the drop down menu above. In some instances, you may need to purchase both if your establishment fits under both criteria.
