  • 03/2019 - Paid Family and Medical Leave - New poster with information about the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Law and who is covered under this law.
  • 10/2018 - Massachusetts Minimum Wage - Updated with the new 2019 minimum wage of $12.00 and several minor clerical changes.
  • 12/2016 - Discrimination - New additional information includes pay deduction law, addition of pregnancy and gender expression as protected classes against discrimination, new rules on reporting pay, and domestic workers right.

  • 01/2016 - Massachusetts Minimum Wage - Updated with new information on Earned Sick Time and Equal Pay Law. Removed old 2015 minimum wage rate and now only shows 2016 minimum wage rate and future 2017 increase.
  • 03/2015 - Paid Family and Medical Leave - Updated with minor content change and reformatting.

  • 05/2015 - Wyoming OSHA - Health and Safety Protection - Updated to reflect an employees right to report work-related injuries and illnesses free from retaliation.
  • 01/2013 -  - Amendment expands the military family leave provisions and incorporates a special eligibility provision for airline flight crew employees, as well as making some additional regulatory changes.

  • 05/2016 - Employee Polygraph Notice - Minor update includes a new QR code and contact information.
  • 05/2016 -  - Update includes minor reformatting and slight changes of verbiage regarding the usage of FMLA.
  • 05/2012 -  - NLRB issued a final notice on August 25, 2011, mandating most employers to post the NLRA poster. The enforcement and posting date of the poster has been postponed. Posting date will be announced as soon as it has been published.
